St. Patrick's Day!
Okay so for As Ghosts, we had this one section where our main actor (Frank) speaks a poem, as it plays over a eulogy/montage (spoiler alert!) but because of production rushings, we never got a solid take of the poem in full.

Had a strong morning
Woke up, got ready ahead of schedule, actually had time to feed the animals AND myself! Made a delish apple strudel. Pack up my things, got to school in record time — 7 minutes! Even got a super baller parking spot, and had enough time to back my car in.
Only to realize that I had a 1:15, not at 9AM. ANNOYINGGGGGG.
So then I went home and slept till 12.
I had a CRAZY dream during...

I thought I was getting better yesterday, but now Larry is sick as well, and we’re just a big heap of sniffly gross beings.
We’ve set up the sick throne in our living room, a combination of couch&futon, surrounded by pillows and blankets and tissues and water bottles. I try to watch TV, but it makes my eyes sore after a while.

I’m back in class today. We’ve started our Final Project, and I’m boom operating for a script called “As Ghosts”. It’s about a war veteran with Alzheimer’s, and it’s pretty beautiful. I’m working with who I consider to be some of the strongest people in class, so I’m really excited to see how it turns out.

Just booked my tickets for winter break.
The one-way from Orlando to Newark was awesome. Got a 6am flight for $95 (ish).
The one-way from Newark to Charlotte? AT LEAST SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I was like WHATTTT?!?! So I hope you don’t mind, but I went for the $100 ticket that went from Laguardia to Charlotte. I understand this is a huge crazy hassle, so I’ll figure out my own ride...

I GOT AN 83 IN MY PRODUCTION DESIGN CLASS!!!!!
not gonna lie, I really wouldn’t have been surprised if I failed… that class was HARD in the beginning. Like, I definitely picked it up in the second half, and understood the program & class a lot better.. but I had some pretty soooorrrry grades in the beginning. Pulled it off with a B though!!!
